Over the past two years, I have been deeply involved in fullprocess process design for multiple major projects including Satellite Energy Phase III and China Coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing. My responsibilities spanned the entire project lifecycle from feasibility study report drafting and technical route evaluation, to process optimization and engineering drawing development during detailed design phases, with comprehensive oversight of critical project milestones.As Process Engineering Lead for both Jiangsu Haiyue Organic Silicon and Hubei Xunsheng Disilane Projects, I successfully coordinated crossfunctional team resources to ensure efficient project execution. Through integrating theoretical knowledge with practical engineering applications, I have accumulated substantial handson experience and developed a systematic understanding of chemical process design. My demonstrated capability in resolving complex technical challenges includes rapid root cause analysis and implementation of scientifically sound solutions.

Moving forward, I remain committed to continuous professional development and embracing new technical challenges to drive greater value creation for the company. 入职两年来，参与了4个项目的建设。在这两年里，经历了项目的施工、开车、保运检修，通过部门组织的学习和现场施工，积累了更多的经验，提升了自己的专业知识，更为HC增添一份我的力量。

在工作中，我始终保持高度的责任心和严谨的工作态度。在管道工程的战场上，能感受到这份职业的重量——这些布置紧密的管线，既是工业的脉络，也是工程师的“第二语言”；每一次施工检查、核对数据，开车过程中的检查及改进，保运过程中的维修，都是对“匠心”的注解。这份工作或许没有聚光灯，但当看到自己参与施工的管线贯通投产，压力表指针稳稳指向安全区间，对讲机里传来“运行正常”的通报，所有艰辛都化作了胸腔里的灼热——这是属于管道人的浪漫，用双手搭建看不见的“生命线”，让能源以最安全的方式抵达千万家。

在司两年担任结构初级专业工程师，参与了十余个项目的设计工作。得益于在此的工作实践，我的工作能力有所长进，专业水平有所提升。期间，我取得了二级注册结构工程师证书，获得了年度 “优秀员工”荣誉。

我深刻认识到，结构设计要求设计师有高度的责任心和严谨的工作态度。每个细节都可能关系到建构筑物的安全和使用功能，这需要设计师严谨认真，精益求精，不断提高。

来司两载我收获颇丰，也对未来充满期待。今后，我将踔厉奋发，勇毅前行，不断学习新知识、新技术，努力提升专业技能和综合素质，为HC发展做出更多的贡献。

During my twoyear tenure as a Junior Structural Engineer at huanchuang, I have contributed to the design development of over 10 projects.
